Before use
Agree on teacher access, a contact person and rules for handling results. Choose data retention appropriate to the purpose of teaching. Teachers should use their own accounts when the installation supports separate accounts.
Your installation
Detailed installation instructions are supplied in the customer package. Use the guide matching the actual installed version. Before an update, prepare a backup, verify restore and rehearse outside normal teaching. Contact the author for access to operational documentation.
Report an issue
Include the version, device, browser and time. Explain what you tried to do and what appeared. Do not send passwords, access credentials or personal student results.
